I use my intuition and my training in Reiki (Usui), the Yuen Method, and Applied Kinesiology to draw on life-force energy and assist you on your healing journey, always for your highest and best good.
Sessions are relaxing, calming, and soothing, and can be done in person or at a distance. In person, you come to my office and rest comfortably, fully clothed, on a padded table; I lay my hands directly on you, or just above the aura if you prefer. Distance sessions are done by phone, conference call, or video (video is preferred). Most people feel a warm, calming sensation, and some feel the vibration of the energy as it enters the body.
I do clearings in person, in the space. It's a process of clearing negative or stagnant energy from the room, office, home, or land, and then replacing that energy with positive, healing, life-force energy. Fees are based on square footage, furnishings (antiques, mirrors), and any special circumstances.

Book a 15-minute discovery callI teach small classes designed to give you real tools you can use for yourself, your loved ones, and your practice. Where applicable, each class includes an individual attunement and a certificate of completion.
Four levels, each building on the one before.
$250
My entry-level course. I'll explain what Reiki is, its origins and history, and teach the hand positions for giving Reiki to yourself and others. You'll receive an individual attunement and a certificate of completion. No prior experience needed.

For students who have completed Level 1 training. Together we'll learn three sacred symbols for physical, mental, emotional, and distance healing: what they are, how to draw them, and how and when to use them. You'll receive an attunement and certificate.

For students who have completed Levels 1 & 2. I'll teach the master symbols for healing: how to draw them and how and when to use them. You'll receive an attunement and join a Reiki Share for hands-on practice.
$650
For students who have completed Master training. We cover the essentials of practicing professionally (insurance, certification, professional organizations, networking, and paperwork), plus the attunement process and 20 internship hours.
Two hours each.

Together we'll learn what energy is and the different modalities for working with it. I'll teach you energetic tools for clearing and protecting yourself, as well as your space (room, office, home, or land), and we'll share and practice in class.

Join me for an explanation of Applied Kinesiology (AK), or muscle testing. We'll cover what AK is and several ways to do it for yourself and others, then practice the skill in class. No prior experience needed.

At a glance
I graduated from Western Connecticut State University in 1988 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Today I have my own energy practice.
My training and work with energy began in 2001. I was very ill, and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. After years of chronic illness and no results from western medicine, I turned to alternative healing methods. After dramatic improvement and healing from natural remedies and Reiki, I began my career in energy work.
I'm married to my high school sweetheart, Chris, and we have three sons. I'm grateful to my mother, Linda, for nurturing my spirit.
